Standard plans renew monthly from your order date. Pre-order plans (Pro Performance, Modded Pro) are a one-time reservation payment now, followed by the first monthly charge once the plan officially launches.
How do I update my payment method?
Log in to billing.alponhost.com, go to your account settings, and update your card under Payment Methods.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, anytime from your billing dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply from your next billing cycle.
