Recurring services automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

AlponHost is not responsible for actions taken by Mojang or other third parties regarding your server or account.
8. Backups
Backups may be offered as a feature or add-on service.
Customers remain solely responsible for maintaining copies of important data.
AlponHost does not guarantee the availability, completeness, or recoverability of backups.
9. Uptime and Availability
We strive to maintain reliable services and high availability.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no specific uptime guarantee is provided.
Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, network disruptions, and third-party failures may affect service availability.
10. Suspension and Termination
AlponHost may suspend or terminate services immediately if:
- These Terms are violated.
- Payments remain unpaid.
- Services are used in a manner that threatens system stability or security.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlponHost shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages.
- Consequential damages.
- Lost profits.
- Lost business opportunities.
- Data loss.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected service during the most recent billing period.

Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
